440ml can from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Hazy yellowy gold colour, bubbly foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of very zesty mellow citrus, earthy yeasty, floral elderflower, fruity notes. Taste is sour, mellow, citrusy, melon, fruity, some grainy biscuit, with zesty citrus bitterness. Sharp mouthfeel, light bodied, fine carbonation, dry zingy citric finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.
