Cask (backlog). Slightly hazy golden colour with a small off-white fluffy head. Aroma is mild nectar, some floral and fruity notes along with a mild bready maltiness to it. Flavour is quite similar, but has some more bittery notes as well as a slight edge of nectar. Quite bitter finish.

Cask: hand-pulled on 9th April 2015 at the Isle of Man CAMRA beer festival. Thin bodied brew that didn’t have a great amount of anything happening in it. Golden pour with a white topping. Mild citrus notes with a hint of mixed spices, but very little nose or flavour: too subtle for me maybe?

Cask: hand-pulled on 9th April 2015 at the Isle of Man CAMRA beer festival. Plus another pint the following day in The Sidings, Castletown. Light golden brown body with a white topping. Mild citrus notes in the hoppy aroma and taste, floral hints also in the nose, less so in the flavour. The malts give a mini-sweetness to the brew below the hop front. Decent session ale and the alcohol level belies the beers depth and flavour.
