12 oz. bottle purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a clear gold color with a thick white head and great retention. Fair lacing. Yeasty aroma. Very yeasty and bready flavor too, with just a hint of strawberry in the finish. Tastes like a light hefeweizen to me. Medium body. Fizzy yet soft mouthfeel.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a pitch black color with a beige head and good retention. No lacing. Faint roasted aroma. Flavor of dark roast, licorice and creosote. Low carbonation, flat mouthfeel. Not a fan of the flavor. At least the 7.0% ABV is invisible.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, thin, caramel, sweet malt, light cocoa - chocolate - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20190806]

Bottle pours out golden peach color topped with a white fizzy head. Nose is nice Peach nectarine Stone fruits some Saison spice notes a nice Brett Funk. Taste is more of the stone fruit presents Peach first a touch of sweetness but more dry Brett funky Oak Barrel notes.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is lemon zest citrus notes and a funky wheat kick. Taste is more of the nice funky tart notes and some citrus.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 4, 10/08/18. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is juicy citric peel, orange squash, melon, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, light pine, grass, melon, mango, airy malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a splash of juicy hop bitterness. Decent cask pale.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, citrus, tangerine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, tangerine, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180810]
