Roast and a little mocha. Some toast. Pleasant balance here. Black pour with some mocha head and a little lacing. Pleasant and crispy. Bitter end. Can. UT

Pours clear, deep gold into a willi. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Caramel, hay and biscuit aromas. Crisp with caramel, straw and hot biscuit upfront turning to earthy multigrain and bark in the dry, medium length finish.

Pours murky dark gold into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Mango, papaya and pineapple upside-down cake aromas. Medium bodied with sweet honey, mango and papaya front to back. Lasting, earthy tropical fruit skin finish.

Pours black into a willi. Mocha head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Dark chocolate and citrus aromas. Dry with chocolate covered pit fruit and charred brown bread front to back. Chalky, lasting espresso grounds finish.

Pours clear mahogany into a willi. Soapy mocha head with good retention recedes leaving trailing spots. Sweet toasted pumpernickel and bacon aromas. Soft with sweet toasted wheat nut bread and mild bacon front to back. Medium length campfire finish.

Stemware at Toronado, September 2024. Dark, shiny, waiting. Boozy barrel dominant. Raisin & oily chocolate cake nose. Bittersharp, but plenty sweet. Lots of toasted coconut & dark chocolate, dense & oxidized malt turned toffee. Middle is vinous, dark & quite good. Tasty.

Pours overripe mango into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Chalky with hot caramel, mango and pineapple upfront turning to grapefruit pith and peel in the dry, lasting finish.

Goblet at Slash Run. Pours a clear, burnt orange with some lacey white head. Nose has malt and soap, decidedly old school, dried citrus. Flavor same. Soapy and Piney. Malt and some dried grasses. Dry, full bodied, bitter finish.

Pours hazy gold into a wulip. White bubbly head with no retention recedes to hug rim. Grape and berry aromas. Crisp with sweet grape and spiced apples upfront turning to soft pie crust and cobbler in the dry, medium length finish.
