Thanks Mike.
This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a dark rich brown almost black color with a thin cap of an off white foamy head that glistened and slid off into wisps of clingy lace.
The aroma breathes in melted chocolate fudge, rich creamy milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee beans.
The flavor blends nicely between the roast and the sweet allowing some bitter cocoa nibs, somewhat like powder. Semi-dry roasty to malty sticky fudgy aftertaste. Semi-smooth to roasty sort of sweet sticky finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium in body with a fair sipping quality about. Carbonation seems to be a bit lower than expected allowing a slight stickier quality, almost cloying, but not quite there.
Overall, despite being a tad undercarbed, the aroma and flavor are exceptional.

Pours a rose from a can, nice fruity nose, description is pretty accurate, tart upfront followed by a light cherry flavor and a good taste of wheat. Good beer.

Tap at same Italian joint prior to switching to wine for night. Deep orange gold almost no head. Nose is bready and some spice. Tastes of bread, coriander, candy, florals some funk. Odd palate and aftertaste. Sweet finish.

Pours a nice coppery brown from a can. Aroma is mostly of a nice rich toasted bread, with caramel notes, flavor is similar but stronger and very nicely balanced. A nice beer for autumn. Pretty good.

Pours a black brown from a can, nice khaki head with some lacing. Roasty aroma is nondescript, maybe somewhat nutty. Flavor is also nutty. First sip had a fishy note, but was dregs from the can, so not sure if it was somehow can-related. Otherwise roasted nuts. Pleasantly bitter. Very good beer.

Pours a rich clear copper from a can, white head dissipates with no lacing. Canned yesterday, so pretty fresh. Nose of rustic bread, flavor is biscuit and a hint of toffee. Crisp and smooth. Good beer.

Pours a very nice, translucent brown from a can, some lacing. Aroma is of cold convenience store coffee. Flavor improves somewhat with some semisweet chocolate notes, along with some toffee, but a watery coffee and chocolate is still dominant. Think how Yoohoo is a very thin chocolate "drink" and that might describe the weirdness of the flavor. There’s a bit of cola too right at the end. Medium-bodied with a bit of effervescence. Good beer.

Pours a dark straw from a can, nice doughy lemon aroma. Flavor is crisp dry, but with a light sweetness initially. A warmed up glass eventually added a slight banana note and seemed to approach or at least think about being a hefeweizen. One of the better kölshes I’ve had.

Pours a light golden straw from a can. A little biscuit and light fruitiness in the nose. Flavor is a bit like melon rind, dry light fruit. Good beer.

Pours a dark leathery brown from 2015 bottle #27. Color is a little bit muddy. Big aroma of bourbon, oak, and a bit of apple. Flavor follows, with a nice vanilla finish along with dried apricots in the back. A bit boozy, not sure the ABV, with a slight burn, but mostly just a good all around beer.
