8/4/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of Danlo, cheers! Pours bright amber with an off-white head. Aroma of strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry and mint sprig. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitter and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Started off like a kiddies toothpaste, though the mintiness faded away and a little tartness came through. Dry finish. Odd concoction.

500ml bottle. Orangey-pink colour, no head and aroma of fresh mint along with syrupy strawberries. Taste is sweet strawberry, gum, mint leaf and green apple notes, along with some astringency. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry finish. Abit unbalanced, strange gum or mouthwash-like taste

Baginabox from the producer's own stall at Feast on the Farm, Peterley Manor Farm, Great Missenden. My favourite of the three I tried from this producer, it's a cloudy orange colour with no fizz. Big juicy apple juice, funky farmyard and straw. Good balance of sweet and dry. A good cider this.

Keg from the producer's own stall at Feast on the Farm, Peterley Manor Farm, Great Missenden. Hazy yellow colour. No fizz. Lots of farmyard and wood, a bit of leather and some apple skin in this drying cider. Decent full flavour, maybe needed a little more body and juiciness for my liking. Ciders are pretty subjective though, I can imagine others might like this more.

Bottle from the producer's own stall at Feast on the Farm, Peterley Manor Farm, Great Missenden. Yellow-gold, very light fizz. Sweetish, fresh, eating apples taste. Touch of honey. Just a hint of farmyard funk and a light apple skin dryness in the finish. A little watery and subdued maybe, could do with a little more oomph. The other two ciders I tried from this cidery were better.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours murky orange. Aroma bears raw apple fruit. Fleshy farmhouse fruit character with a light acidicity, pure juice, some apple skin and good clarity of flavour. Good high-juice cider.

Bottle at home, 25/03/17. Clear golden with a well appointed white head that soon dissipates to nothing. Nose is crisp apple, straw, light funk, orchard wood. Taste comprises toffee apple, light funk, wooded notes, straw, apple skins, light sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Orange golden colour with a short-lived thin white foam head. Aroma of apple, apple skins, light funk. Taste is fruity apple, some apple skin, caramel, with alittle funk and dry tannins. Fairly thin mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
