Bottle 330ml. @ The Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Ora Gioele ].Unclear matt medium amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, dark malt, light to moderate roasted, nesquick notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, cabbage water, sweet malt, grain, yeast, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160803] 5-2-5-3-11

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt, light to light moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity yeast, grain, hay, fruity malt, sugary, plastic - yeast notes. Bottle split at Chris & Ruths pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is straw, biscuit, grains, orange peel. Taste comprises fruit rinds, bread, straw, orange, caramel, light spice, biscuit malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So very so.

Bottle at C&R Pre-GBBF Tasting 2017. It pours cloudy orange with moderate white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, grainy, sugary, malt - driven, cereal, nougat and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, grainy, cereal, wood, grass straw, spice, leather and tannin with a short finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Grainy and very drying mouth - feel. So-so.

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Hazy deep gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Thin grainy malts. Little spice. Modest citrus. Light dry finish. Weak and instantly forgettable.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig. 02/08/2017. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A hazed orange golden coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is woody, spicy, bark, veg, . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, brown Rye bread, dirty grains. Palate is frothy, airy carbonation, woody, spicy cinnamon, nutmeg.
