Dates and dried fruit nose, very smooth, with sherryesque and toffee notes and vanilla and bourbon from the Heaven Hill barrels. Boozy finish

Keg at Goose Island, Shoreditch, 02/01/20. Light golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is grass, grains, faint citric peel, pale malts, a touch musty. Taste comprises light mineral bite, dusty citric peel, straw, dirt, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable pils ... a touch on the raw side at times.
