Description
Established since 2002, Blindmans Brewery can be found at Talbot Farm in Somerset amongst the cows. The brewery is a five barrel plant in a converted Milking Parlour. The brewery is fairly unique in having its own exclusive water spring which is carefully quality controlled, guaranteeing consistency. All ingredients are procured locally wherever possible, with malt supplied by Warminster Maltings, traditionally germinated on open floors in a process spanning centuries.

Cask at The Raven, Bath. Pours clear good with a fine, frothy white head. Dry straw and crispy biscuits in the nose. Light sweet flavor with lightly sugary, doughy biscuits, some hay, faint lemon. Light in body with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish with further dry dough, hay, faint dry citrus. Quite elementary but makes for easy drinking.
