Description
Established since 2002, Blindmans Brewery can be found at Talbot Farm in Somerset amongst the cows. The brewery is a five barrel plant in a converted Milking Parlour. The brewery is fairly unique in having its own exclusive water spring which is carefully quality controlled, guaranteeing consistency. All ingredients are procured locally wherever possible, with malt supplied by Warminster Maltings, traditionally germinated on open floors in a process spanning centuries.

Hand-pulled half-pint at The Shrewsbury Hotel (Shrewsbury) on 22nd May 2022. Lasting white head on a golden body, took a while to clear. Nose held a floral note or two, taste a pretty weak blend of malts and flowery hops.
