Description
Established since 2002, Blindmans Brewery can be found at Talbot Farm in Somerset amongst the cows. The brewery is a five barrel plant in a converted Milking Parlour. The brewery is fairly unique in having its own exclusive water spring which is carefully quality controlled, guaranteeing consistency. All ingredients are procured locally wherever possible, with malt supplied by Warminster Maltings, traditionally germinated on open floors in a process spanning centuries.

Cask conditioned at the Robert Fitzharding (JDW), Bedminster, Bristol 21/8/17. A deep gold beer with a lacy, white, head. Aroma of ripe pineapple and tangerine, with some citrus hps. Flavour had plenty more tropical fruit, some biscuity malts and a dryish finish. An enjoyable beer.
