Bottle at Cobbetts, Dorking. Pours clear very pale yellow with no head. Aroma of sweet apples and light caramel. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and sour. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

500ml bottle. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of tart apple & fruity hop. Taste is juicy, mellow apple, sweetish, with citrusy cascade hop and some green apple notes. Light bodied, medium carbonation, semi-dry tart tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale golden yellow colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of elderflower, apple, some light funk. Taste is floral elderflower and juicy apple, sweetish, with some vanilla and hint of funk. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, clean finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box from the Punt Yard, Cambridge. Yellow and clear. Pretty flat as well. Sharp odour with apple skin and a touch of soap. Sweet/sour taste which showcases the plum and ginger notes. Refreshing sourness in the finish but the aftertaste is sweet and laden with orchard fruit. The ginger reasserts but gently. Oily texture to the body. Pretty good.

Taste is tangy apple, tart, woody oak, vanilla and light barnyard notes with some drying tannins. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, acidic and dry tannic at the finish. Quite drinkable.

(Bottle) Pours clear pinkish golden with no head. Fantastic aroma of raspberry with apple hints. Medium body with excellent carbonation. Lovely taste of apple and raspberry. A tiny bit sweet for my taste, but very nice.
