Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, lemon, fruity, tart, fresh. Pours cloudy deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, spices and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet with a long very sweet and boozy finish. Body is medium to full, texture is sticky, carbonation is soft to flat.
