opalescent golden colour, medium sized off-white head; aroma of citruses, some minimal tropical fruity notes, biscuits and slight grapeseeds; taste is quite empty bitterness with only minimal citrusy and grape-white wine-like notes; not too complex beer

Review based on taste perceptions (style not specified by the brewer). Bottle 33 cl - batch L1241 (BBF 11/19). AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma with a low malty-sweet background. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium-high cereal husk flavor followed by a low malty background with a honey-like impression. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. astringency present. OVERALL: a beer with overwhelming cereal husk notes and astringency, resultant from brewing errors.
