Founded in 2017, Cerveja Nortada has as a mission to infect Portugal with the passion for good beer. Produced in heart of the city of Porto, it is with pride and dedication that rolled up their sleeves to produce unique craft beers and truly democratic. The factory Nortada operates as a Brewpub and can follow the production process, while enjoying a space where beer, food and rock 'n' roll come together in perfect tune.

Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen.[ As Nortada Imperial Stout ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, dark fruit, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark fruit, dark malt, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, rich malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Geel bier met schuim. Smaak is redelijk bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van ananas en grapefruit. Zou iets krachtiger mogen zijn.

Tap @ Duque, Lisbon. Pours a misty golden amber, off-white topping. Aroma has some sweet malt, light honey hints. Continues to taste, with caramel hints, but generally not too sweet. Nice drinkable take on the style.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Clear yellow golden pour, white foam. Nose is fresh grainy, some marmalade. Tastes also grainy, hop marmalade, sweetish and malty. Not that great but can drink it I guess.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Pourslight brown, clear amber, bit of beige foam there. Caramel nose, some burnt sugar, bit sourish. Tastes nutty, light caramel, thin body and some hops. Nutty caramel linger in the finish. Bit meh.

Draught, 200mml. Tasted on the 14/12/2018 at «Nortada Brewpub», Porto (Portugal). Dark brown colour with a medium and persistent tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, earth and some pepper. Taste is roasted malts, light dust leading to a slightly peppery finish. Slightly overcarbonated. Next one please.

Draught, 200mml. Tasted on the 14/12/2018 at «Nortada Brewpub», Porto (Portugal). Clear amber colour with a medium lasting white head. Aroma is sweet malts, honey, floral hops. Taste is the same with more presence of honey than in aroma. Finish is medium dry and floral. Next one please!Earlier Rating: 7/7/2017 Total Score: 2.9330 mml bottle. Tasted on the 13/06/2017 at Ryans (Porto). Dark orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma of light caramel, sweet malts, bread and brown sugar. Taste is caramel and sweet malts, leading to a light sweet finish. Next one please!
