BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. 7.5% Dry Cider. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, some funk. Taste is fruity, appley, drying, some funk, woody, with tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Deep golden colour, afew small bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, juicy, cooked aple, caramel, with some tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. As Three Saints Nice Boy Perry ]. Hazy - murky matt - grey medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, tart pear, light barnyard notes. Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 5. 12/08/2017.�A hazed dull. Golden small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, apple and pear, hint of wood and strawberry.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and tangy, hint of vinegar, funky apple and pear. Palate is semi sweet,. Moderate carbonation. Good.
