opalesent pale yellow colour, medium sized white head, which disappears quite quickly; aroma of grainy, lemon zesty, grassy-lemongrassy, basil, green vegetables/herbs and slight unripe fruits; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some definite apple peel notes; quite good one!

Bottle split at the last minute CBJ Tasting (big thanks Marcin for hosting), cheers to Adrian for this one, 13/07/23. Black with a khaki head that thins to the edge. Nose is dark malts, spice, charr, chocolate, dried red berries. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, spice, mellow roast, hint of coffee, dried fruit rinds. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light kiss of alcohol. Okay sipper but firmly entrenched in 3rd gear.
