Handpull cask at the Kings Head, Leicester. Mid- to dark gold, clear with a spotty white head. Smells of grass, sharp citrus, astringent notes. Tastes bitter with very little let-up throughout, and a very drying finish. Squirts of lime in the aftertaste. Light body soft carbonation. Not your average APA but this does have some lovely character.
