Keg draught at the Hop Garden, Harborne, Birmingham. Very dark brown with a ring of beige/khaki head. Strong caramel aroma with lots of mint. Hmmm. Am I supposed to be getting mint from this? Sweet taste, Mellow sugars and some vanilla-laden marshmallow... and more mint. Light body for the ABV, carbonation on the slightly heavy side. It works for me although I'm not sure I'm getting the flavours I am supposed to. However once it warms up a little, it becomes more S'mores-y. Either way I like it.

440ml can from lowcostbeer.com, 6 months old and 1 week past BBE. Hazy golden-orange, thin white head with spattering or retention. Big peach and pine aromas with a slight earthiness. Taste is lemony citrus, onion hop, spice, some lighter tropical notes in the background. Bold bitter finish. Moderate body, soft carbonation, easy to drink. Its a very good IPA.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy and slightly dark orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, smooth to start, good fine minerally carbonation developing on the back end. Smooth pale malts, quite a pronounced creamy sweetness. A contrasting savoury skunk and hop bitterness opens the hop profile. Cooling pine and a little hop spice. Citric peel bitterness quite prominent late on but with another contrast from candy fruits. Crisp finish. Interesting dipa. Must have used a shit load of green hop Citra in this with the modern Mosaic candy fruits bringing some balance. Long hop spicy linger on this one.

Growler from LCB. Pours a hazy dull caramel gold with nice off white covering. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, light pine and dankness, some apricot. Taste of bitter orange, stewed apricot, pine, medicine. Medium+ bodied, fine carbonation, fairly smooth but light chewy bite. Nice.

Growler from LCB. Pours a 3/4 hazy orange-gold with small consistent white top, nice lacing, looks great. Aroma of papaya, orange and slight dank hop. Taste has a nice juicy tropical tang and mellow citric hit, lovely soft pillow like malts, moderate bitterness which balances this nicely. Fantastic NEIPA.
