Gravity cask at the 30th Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms, 06/09/24.
Hazed orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange creme, soft malts, melon, papaya.
Taste comprises soft malts, hint of mango, mandarin, tangerine.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Decent cask pale.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Reddish Ales, Stockport on 4th September 2024. Almost black, it's a very dark brown, tanned creamy head. Exceedingly sweet from the start with caramel flavours to the fore. Interesting, but a half was enough.

Keg, half-pint in the Reddish Ales, Stockport on 4th September 2024. Hazed golden pour, white crown. Citrussy nose and flavour, some piney notes add to the bitterness, malts playing second fiddle here below the hop bitterness.

Can split at the Waterloo Street Sommar Brew, Brummy vice Cotts Bimble, 03/08/24. Black with a tan cap that clears to the edge. Nose is dark malts, spice, molasses, booze, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises rich roast, chocolate cake, spice, light fruit tang. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. It's okay but lacks depth ... no Wow.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky deep golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mango and orange. Flavour of pine and dried mango. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Punchy and tasty without breaking any new ground.

Can picked up from Hoptimaal webshop Amersfoort Netherlands and consumed at Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee, Krün nr Mittenwald Thursday 29th August 2024 after dropping Dad and Pauline off at the airport. Looks great, pours yolky yellow with a nice mid sized white head, soft mouthfeel, good carbonation. Fruity and tangy, gooseberry, maracuja and mango here really thrusting and zippy with a nice bittersweet and tarty edge. As I sip further there is a nice sweet orange seam of fruitiness to explore. Drinks very well for the. Like this.

Can picked up from Hoptimaal webshop, Amersfoort, Netherlands and consumed at home Wednesday 28th August 2024 and we're still sat at the top of the garden, it's a gorgeous late summer day, with Dad and Pauline. Pours milky yellow with a white head, super fruity and clearly a big hitter, juicy. There is clearly a big tropical hop fruit party going on here but this is closely aligned with plenty of sweet, sweet orange. Mandarin or Clementine I guess. Super soft mouthfeel, a little bit of bitterness creeping out. Really good and really nice for the above.

Can picked up from Hoptimaal webshop Amersfoort Netherlands had this at home Monday 26th August 2024 in the company of Dad and Pauline listening to a mixed selection playlist from my choices from Tidal. We're had homemade Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce. We did a walk up the Baumwipfelfade today. Pours hazy mid/dark gold with a sticky white head. Soft mouthfeel, big hoppiness, juicy and a little bit sticky, a little bit of sweet orange. Like this.

Can at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 26/08/24. Hazed orange topped with a lasting white head. Nose is orange zest, floral notes, grass, ripe melon, papaya. Taste comprises juicy tropical fruits, mandarin, papaya, grass, melon, pine nip, tangerine, hint of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy crushable IPA.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of passionfruit and guava. Taste adds some citrus. Light sweet finish.
