Bottle from Bottle Mix, Kettering. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, fruits, malt and hops. Light bitter finish.

Cask @ Alexandra Arms, Kettering. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt, toffee and hops. Sweet finish.

8/2/2019. Cask at the Alexandra Arms, Kettering. Pours dark amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops and fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Sweet finish. Not bad.

28/9/2018. Cask at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2018. Pours deep chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma of milky chocolate, malt, fruit, light caramel and coffee with moderate roasting. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. A very drinkable enjoyable mild.

Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear brown with a foamy, tan head. The aroma holds ashy roast. Light sweet flavour, some cigarettes, dry cocoa, well roasted malts, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and ashy on the finish, more tobacco, burnt leaves. So so.

Black beer, beige head. Woody, coffee aroma. Flavour follows suit, with a whack of earthy malt and liquorice. Dry, malty aftertaste.

[ As Great Oakley Newport Delta ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, caramel, fruity malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, flowers.
