About
** December 26, 2025: All Bosque venues are closed. Bosque beers will continue to be brewed here in Albuquerque by Marble Brewery. **

It’s where we come together. At Bosque Brewing Co., we think of world-class beer as foundational. Everything we are creating and accomplishing is built on beer, this beverage that has brought people together for millennia. Using beer as a springboard, we strive to shed a light on all of the wonderful reasons we are honored to call New Mexico our home. Our aim is to improve our community with the products we craft and the experiences we offer. This is played out in our inclusive community spaces, which bring individuals together over great beer and great conversation. We push the boundaries and norms of craft beer while remaining true to our values and sense of community. We partner with local businesses, growers, and charities to deepen our commitment to the state that has supported our growth for over eight years. We look forward to continuing to create revolutionary products and curate spaces where people come to know that they are an integral part of our story.

On tap at brewery. A brewery where the lager outshines the IPA. Pretty normal IPA characteristics, color, body aroma, taste. Not bad, but not memorable.

On tap at brewery. Taste and aroma good, but nice appearance and feel elevate this. Pale golden body with streaky lacing, mild grainy, hoppy nose. Taste in the wheelhouse. Nice mouthfeel, but finishes fast.

On tap at brewery. Absolutely killer lager! Everything that’s right about the style, in spades. Soft and creamy, silky, grain flavor shines. The way lager should be.

On tap at the brewery. Pale ale that focuses on the Citra, mild astringency, soft tartness. Pretty straightforward for an APA. Showcases the hops well.

22oz bomber sent by Elise. Brown-black body, thin oily off-white/beige head. A really nice Baltic Porter, mellow on the palate despite the ABV. Creamy chocolate, mild fruity undertones. Balanced, true to style, quite delicious. World Class, solid. One of the best Baltic Porters I’ve had.

Draught at Vinaigrette, 10/31/15.
Sparklingly clear golden body is topped by a medium-sized white head with good retention.
Hay/straw, fresh cereals and a moderate amount of spiciness from the hops are all balanced nicely in the nose. There’s certainly no flaw or alcohol and there’s an intangible "freshness" about it, perhaps the yeast or water (or just that the beer is very fresh).
Dry straw and very light sourdough open up the flavor, as a brace of fresh, green, floral and spicy hops add bitterness and light oiliness to the palate. Honey-like sweetness fades in and out, playing with the hop notes, while the carbonation is ample and mostly tight. Baked bread, dry hay and lingering herbal hop notes on the finish, which is is very snappy and crisp, with very little wateriness. Outstandingly refreshing, immaculately clean and drinkable.
Damn, this certainly came out of nowhere for me and was one of the better beers I had on the trip. Very excited to try more from these guys; their IPAs look outstanding and in general, all of their beers look innovative and fun.

Cask at gbbf 2015 day 4. Thanks to Chris. Reddy orange, coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is zesty orange. Caramel, toffee, chewy citrus rind. Flavour is composed of sweet toffee caramel, chewy pine tangerine. Palate is full and juicy, sugary, moderate carbonation. Full and juicy kinda old school double IPA.

Cask at GBBF 2015, Olympia, London. A golden/amber coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, malty, fruity aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, malty, sweet, tropical fruit, some caramel. Delicious DIPA, one of the best US beers of the fest, had a pint of this beauty.

GBBF Day 4. Cask. Lightly hazy gold - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Sticky sweet pale malts are held in check by nice spicy orange hops. Some marmalade and resin underneath. Very spicy finish. Nice one.
