Cask, (wooden pin) at The Taproom, Manchester, Saturday 1st April 2017 in the company of Dad and Barry. This is a tart and tangy, fruity beer, woody, really woody. Aged in a small wooden pin (ex Theakstons wooden cask) This is a really fruity but itโs woody as well, lovely. Really traditional and quite the opposite from Cloudwater big beers. Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Beer Nouveau Satanic Mills ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, burnt, sweet malt, sugary, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151201] 6-2-6-3-12
