Handpull cask at the Swan, Wood Street, Liverpool. Clear golden with an uneven film of white head, leaving generous lacing. Herbal aroma, a little bit of citrus hop. Bittersweet taste, slightly spicy with a vegetal, almost cress-like aftertaste. Not sure it's in the best condition, but it really isn't a great beer at any rate.

31/1/2024. Cask at the 15th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy/frothy off-white to beige head. Good looking beer. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruits, ash, caramel, raisins. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Light creamy mouthfeel, average to soft carbonation. Developing bitter roasting to finish. Enjoyable.

Pump clip says it all. Should it be hazy?

Stockport Beer Festival 2023. Clear golden coloured with a glow. Not quite as gritty as the hop can get, but a fair sessionable example.

Stockport Beer Festival 2023. Clear golden in colour. Has a hoppy-sweet nose with a bit of red-berry in there. Pleasantly hoppy in taste with a watery but fine textured feel.
