Aroma: biscuity malts, yeast and marmalade. Taste: sweet biscuity malts, some marmalade and peach. Mild hoppiness. Next one please!

Cask at the micro beer Burton. A mostly clear amber veg, grass, nettle, pine.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty biscuit hop,. Sweaty hop, pine biscuit hop. Palate is semi sweet, biscuit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, biscuit grass

Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours very dark reddish-brown with a small cream head and good lacing. There’s toffee and butter in the aroma plus some hints of roast malts. In the mouth it is sweet with a creamy texture. Flavour is pretty much the usual suspects, vanilla, liquorice and dark fruits. After a while some milky coffee can be detected too. Finish is bitter with liquorice. Excellent !
