Towering, very fine & dense beige head, slowly receding over dark brown beer with ruby reflections. Molasses, dark malts; leafy, but very sweet-smelling. Hoppy, dark & roasted malts, neither very bitter (unless short, in the finish), neither very sweet. Every new sip gives new bitterness, both roasted & hoppy, immediately mellowed by the restsugars. Medium bodied, slick. Light, but nowhere empty beer. Head has very creamy texture. Another good one from this iconic new Catalan brewer.

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Lightly fruity nose. Light body, almost flat. Has a light fruitiness and distinct, dry hops. Solid bitterness in the finish. 170509

cask, københavnske øldage friday. clear orange, no head. faint aroma not much aroma, flavor is flowery hoppy, slightly sweet. palate is flat.

Sample at CPH beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, fruits and caramel.

CBF09. From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Dry spiced and mild yeasty to fruity initial aroma. Spiced and bitter flavoured, quite fruity hoppy too. Spiced and hoppy flavoured finish. Lasting roasted malt impression.
