Strange one this, looks like a traditional English bitter, amber/brown with a frothy (off) white head, but as well as fruity malt there’s some pine in the aroma! Light bodied, smooth and fruit malty, with some piney bitterness and a mellow dark fruit vibe

Hand-pulled pint at the Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire on 8th Oct 2020. Off-white crown on a clean golden body. Grapefruit esters and flavours in this hoppy, dry APA, other citrus fruits join in for a bit of balance and a trace of sweetness.

Hand-pulled half-pint at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 21st Feb 2020. Golden/blonde body, clear and clean; on top a lasting smooth head of tight white foam. Hop front to the brew, dirty water aroma (it wasn't the glass, I am sure of it). The nose didn't help, but it tasted OKnwith a mild citrus and piney flavour on a modest malty base.
