Gravity cask at the Bree Louise. Pours clear gold with a slight, filmy white head. Aroma seems a bit weak thought there are faint notes of lightly toasted malts and citrus. Has an alright flavor, lightly sweet with some dried hay, orange peel faintly earthy bitterness. Light bodied with very fine carbonation. Finishes a bit flat with modest bread, citrus, grass and hay. An OK beer but doesn’t seem to be living up to its potential

From cask at Bree Louise. Pours clear and golden deep hazzlenut brown with no head. Aroma is roasted malt and pinewood hops. Peachy, grapefruity and pinewood hoppy. Bitter and citrusy. Crisp fruity and downplayed on the malt. Sweet impression, yet bitter.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Golden amber with a tight cream head; grainy aroma; soft grainy flavour with some orange fruit; gently bitter biscuity finish. Another well made monthly beer from Rebellion - but they are beginning to lack orginality.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Straw with a dense cream head; light floral aroma; some grainy cereals to start then developing a strong sweet grapefruit taste; and sustained finish. Very pleasant.
