Description
Long ago, in the distant year 2014, Red Door Brewing came to be. The combined effort of five guys who a shared passion for delicious beer, fun places, and badminton on ice skates, resulted in one of the most magical and welcoming spaces in New Mexico serving some of the best cervezas around.
A red door, long recognized as a cultural sign of welcoming and safety, became the brewery’s logo. While maintaining impeccable quality, we pride ourselves on being a gateway to craft beer. With a large variety of styles of beer, wines, cider, and options such as gluten-removed, we’re confident any patron will find a beverage they are passionate about in a space they feel immediately at home in.

Cask at GBBF'19 Day 1, 06/08/19. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, grass, papaya, melon, mango. Taste comprises orange zest, pine, mango, bitter sweet tropical fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent.

Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours very murky, opaque yellow with a light, bubbly white head. Chalky, with notes of citrus peel, lemon, pale grains. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drying and chalky on the finish. Very so so.

ABV: 7.3%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, citrus, floral, unripe fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit unripe fruit, fruit, pale malt, grapefruit, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190806]

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts. Smooth pine and spice. Nice citrus, the lightest touch of tart. Some peel. Spicy finish. Very drinkable.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, sweet fruit - grapefruit, sweet malt, fruity hops - orange - tangerine, resin.
