Description
All our beer is brewed in our brewhouse located underneath our Taproom in Peverell, Plymouth. We are constantly innovating our process, combining traditional fermenting methods with ultra modern techniques to develop a contemporary and diverse range of beers.
First brewed in mid-summer 2012 using the name Tavy Ales. The brewery rebranded to its current name at the start of 2018.

Keg at Vessel Beer Fest, Nov 2019 held at The Guildhall, Plymouth. Pours opaque golden orange with a thin white head. Super juicy tropical & citrus, pine. Light to moderate sweet with low bitterness. Medium body with low bitterness

ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, fruity, citrus, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Cask @ The Peter Tavy, Peter Tavy. Clear golden with a creamy-frothy head. It has a session textured hoppy pale ale taste with a very slightly dirty floral nose and aftertaste.

22/5/2019. Cask at The Dove Street Inn Spring Festival, Ipswich. Pours clear dark amber with minimal off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, fruit and malt. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Caramel and hop finish. Ok.
