Description
It’s safe to say that we like beer. In fact we like beer so much that we started our own brewery and it’s an employment requirement that everyone who joins our team is also passionate about beer. Obviously we’re a business so we have to make a profit each year so we can carry on working in the industry we love. We do that by making the best beer that we can.

Keg (bottled) from Smiling Grape, St Neots, Cambs. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a huge beige head on top. Rich, roasty, malty, chocolate, caramel taste/aroma. Very rich, slightly sweet, this was a real surprise, excellent smooth stout from Downlands.

Keg at Cobbets, Dorking, where it is ssentially the house beer. Aroma is sweet and stone fruity. Hazy dull orange. Thin foamy white head. Sweet and fruity - peach, mango. A bitter resinous edge more obvious into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Soft carbonation. Long quite dry and slightly astringent finish. Pleasant drinkable stuff.

Keg at Anchor Tap & Bottle, Croxley, Herts. A deep/dark brown coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Rich hazelnut aroma, tastes of rich hazelnut, nutella, some caramel & chocolate. Just the right amount of sweetness, so drinkable I had 3 half pints.
