Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, christmas spices. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, caramel, hops, sweet malt. Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival Hazy deep golden, small head. Peach and citrus up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded, crisp mouthfeel. Juicy peach. Mild piney bitterness. Refreshing!
