Bottle. A dark, dark brown beer with a small, dense beige head. The flavor has quite a lot of raspberry and raspberry leaves, quite perfumed, with roasted malts, some burnt malts and bark. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated, and rather dry on the palate. Raspberry, berry plant leaves, roasted malts, dark chocolate notes, a burnt bonfire-ish touch and some herbal notes in the flavor. Rather dry finish. Too weird this one, and unbalanced. 220825

330 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.7%. Nearly clear deep golden colour, large white head, rapidly diminishing. Distinct aroma of ripe and over-ripe berries. Soft mouthfeel. Fruity flavour, ripe berries and fruits, but not too sweet, quite nice and refreshing.

Backlog February 2017. Clear amber body under a small beige head. Strong and fine aroma of caramel malt and fruit. Taste is sweet malt, dry fruit and moderate bitterness. Fina balanced body and average aftertaste.
