Golden with a white head - Hop aroma with hints of citrus - Malt body with some fruity tones and just hints of bitterness - Malt and some hop flavours goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was nice

330ml bottle, batch nr. 175, bought t Vinmonopolet Tromsø. Small sized off-white head over a misty orange coloured body. Tiny dots on the glass. Moderate doughy nose, hints of caramel and wood. Restrained flavour profile, moments of caramel and apricot. Woody. Short mid-sweet ending. Quite drinkable, but leaves with an impression of emptiness. (Tromsø 02.05.2020).

Can. Slightly unclear brown body with a tan/pale beige head. Aroma has caramel malt, mild toast and citric/grape fruit. Unusually combination in a brown ale, but it works out fine for me. Taste is sweet, fruity and bitter. Malt, toffee, toast, grapefruit and pleasant bitterness. Fine body and nice aftertaste with a god bitter end. This was a fun and untraditional interpretation of a brown ale, I like it.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a dense white head. OK, quite refreshing citric fruity aroma. Taste is medium sweet pale malt, fresh, fruity hop aroma and mild bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. OK, easy drinkable standard pale ale, nothing outstanding and ands up almost a bit anonymous.

0,33 flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme i solkroken en nydelig søndag ettermiddag i april, her satser jeg på coronaprofylakse: vakker rødlig kobberfarge med ok skum. Bjørkeskog om våren, litt urter og søtlig saft av nyper og rips.
