Golden with a white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body to support a nice hop profile that has som efruity hop flavours - The hops goes into a gentle bitter finish - Nice, but lacks a little bit bitterness

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Verksgata, hjemme: nesten klar rødlig kobber med fint skum og kniplinger. Alkohol, bitterappelsin (svært bitter...), karamell og furunål i rikelig monn. Ubalansert, uferdig og røff smak, rett og slett litt usympatisk synes jeg. Ettter hvert gir den naturligvis et visst utslag på balansometeret, men heldigvis uten at jordrotasjonen påvirkes! Bør antakelig lagres et par år for å bli avrundet.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, weeds, hay, sour grass, citrus peel, soil, bark, minerals, grain, caramel malts, fruit stones, dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry and harsh grassy, weeds, minerals, old leafs, bark, harsh hops, caramel malts, harsh citrus peel, alcohol, fruit stones. Longlasting harsh bitterness, slightly dry boozy mouthfeel. Meh!

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Verksgata, hjemme: nesten helt klar gylden med flott skum som varer, med fine kniplinger hele veien ned. Fruktig og behagelig, om enn noe beskjeden, aroma med edelhumler. Smaken er midt i blinken, fyldig og fruktig med fine appelsinaktige toner sammen med et hint av furunål og milde urter. Perfekt til å pleie sjelen etter å ha hentet bilen på service.

500ml bottle, batch 006, 8.3 % abv, bought from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget some time ago. Near-black body, clingy lacing, filmy layer. Dark malty smell, hints of chocolate, nicely roasted. Fine blended taste of chocolate malts, liquorice and dark fruits. Roasted malty ending. Well bodied and smooth on the swallow. Lovely. (Shared at a joint session with djoeye and Finn, 31.08.2017).

Big deep offwhite head. Coppery still body. Tropical fruit and wine grape aroma with mealy notes. Sweetish resiny tropical fruit taste with spicy wooden notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flattish mouthfeel. Dryish mealy resiny wine grape aftertaste with spicy grassy notes. Nice, drinkable, clean. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen. Batch #84.)
