Fra fat på Ølhallen. Gylden. Middels høyt tett skum. Teppelacing. Svakt uklar. God ferskenaroma. Smaken plommer & fersken. Blir syrlig etter hvert.

500ml bottle, batch #021, carried back home from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. A grey-golden body with a solid haze. Minimal lacing. Quickly dissipating peal white head. Smell of ripe orange, yeast and spices. Sweet fruity flavours alongside moments of buttery caramel. Sweet fruity ending. Tame. Way too sweet and unvaried. Possible to drink, but I did not empty the bottle (Tromsø 27.03.2016).

500ml bottle, batch #012, picked up at Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge and carried back home. A dense off-white head with fine duration and crocheted lacing. Amber coloured body with a slight haze. Quite inviting aroma of citrus and brown mats. Rounded taste character of ripe citrus and caramel malts. Fine bitter finish, mid dry. Well bodied, still easy to drink. Perfect paring with our lamb pie (Tromsø 26.03.2016).

Bottle. Has a very hazy yellow-orange colour with no head. Aroma of oranges, Belgian yeast, lime grass and hay. The flavour is similar with more pale malt, Belgian yeast and banana. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Not quite a wit, and a little dull. Fruity though.

Ikke noe innbydende farve, skitten gulbrun tåkete med lavt offwhite skum som fort blir borte helt. Noe appelsin er der i lukten, også sitron og lett malt. Bittersyrlig smak, sitrusskall. Kort.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a big beige head. Aroma has dark malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet dark malt, cocoa powder, fruit and balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and chocolate dry finish. A well-made brown ale it is if you apreciate the style.
