Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, pale malt, ripe fruit, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sour malt, light to moderate roasted, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, bread, light sour malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]

Bottle from the brewer's own stall at the Witney Food Festival 2017. Stored for a year as recommended by the very enthusiastic brewer. Amber with a large white head. Lemon, spice and light metal aroma. Banana, spice and malty caramel taste. The mouthfeel is a bit too fizzy for my liking with some chalkiness too. It tastes great though; it's well balanced and the spiciness is top notch. Yet another good beer from this brewery.
