Bottle from the brewer's own stall at the Witney Food Festival 2017. Stored for a year as recommended by the very enthusiastic brewer. Amber with a large white head. Lemon, spice and light metal aroma. Banana, spice and malty caramel taste. The mouthfeel is a bit too fizzy for my liking with some chalkiness too. It tastes great though; it's well balanced and the spiciness is top notch. Yet another good beer from this brewery.

Keg at the Pint Shop, Oxford, 19/05/18. Clear golden amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is melon, tangerine, light breads, sweet malts. Taste comprises light orange juice, straw, soft breads, toasted grains, floral notes, sweet, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. So so ... too sweet and lacking bitterness.

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival. Hazy blonde beer. Rather bland, with light banana, fudge and dust. Certainly nowhere near Church Han's usual standards. If this is what beer was like 150 years ago I'm glad I live in the 21st century!
