From the bag/box at GBBF '18, day 4, 10/08/18. Pale golden yellow with an off white covering. Nose is tangy apple pulp, straw, funk, wooded tones, apple core. Taste comprises funky apple, light tannins, straw, grains. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close with a tangy orchard fruit edge. Decent.

Polypin at GBBF 2018. It pours straw yellow with no head. The aroma is sweet, bright, tangy pear, oily, pear skin and earth. The taste is firmly dry, tart, juicy, tangy pear, white grape, tannin, leathery with a slick finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Oily, slick and fruity. Nice balance to it.

Poly pin at GBBF 2018. It pours clear greenish yellow with a few bubbles. The aroma is earthy, musty, apple, barnyard, oily, spicy, dried leaves and must. The taste is dry, almost tart, earthy, musty, apple skin, somewhat metallic, barnyard, dull fruitiness and tannin with a very drying finish. Medium body and slightly oily mouth feel. Firmly dry. Nice stuff.

Bag in box at GBBF 2018. Wow that's tart. Tannin woody dry. Smells of my Dad's scrumpy. Parching. That is very dry. Decent tannins. Woody. Good.
