Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 10/02/2020. From the Hereford cider museum A light hazed pale petrol coloured pour with a small fizz. Aroma is lovely semi sweet, candied pear, elderflower, floral notes, . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, candied pear, juicy condensed pear, mellow elderflower, pez sweets, white sugars, light tang. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, massaging carbonation.

Gravity tap, taster on the house. Shared with Finn at Hereford Beer House. Clear very pale body, missing head, no lacing. Semi-sweet pears on the nose. Similar taste of sweet peers. Drying, short end. Just alright. (01.02.2020).

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear, pale yellow. Tasty, a little on the sweet side, has some peach, ripening pears, golden apples. Light to medium bodied with spritz carbonation. Sweet finish, a little musty. Nice one.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of mucky apple, funky. Taste is sweet, fleshy apple, apple core, with some citric, mucky funk hints. Light bodied, fine carbonation, sweet lightly acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 4.9%. Cloudy matt medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, scrumpy apples, apple pie, peppery, light horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple pie, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20181019]
