500ml bottle; BBE Jun 2021. Drank at home on 3rd Aug 2020. Reddy brown body, beige head. Plums, red berries and maltiness in both the nose and taste, it's like a sweet 'Dandelion & Burdock' I used to drink as a child. Went very well with a strong Cheddar, Red Onion Chutney and TUC Biscuits.

Bottle from the Northumberland Beer Box. Malty aroma with berries and red wine. Chestnut with a red tinge. No head. Medium sweet. Some vague underlying bitterness. Matches the description on the bottle - malty and then develops honey and spice. Light-medium bodied. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Easy drinking stuff. The spice in the tail-end compliments the sweetness.

500ml bottle: BBE Jul 2021. Drank at home on 17th Jul 2021. Clear golden body, white head. Light citrus nose and taste, not too sure the Amerillo hop is strong enough to be alone, it needs some support.

Can from the brewery's Northumberland Beer Box. Sweet berry aroma with coffee hints. Opaque darker brown. Creamy beige head gradually recedes. Medium coffee bitterness before the tangy sour damson bursts through, with a touch of underlying sweetness. Spice into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick, verging on creamy. Slow prickly carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Good stuff.
