Tap at Muted Horn. Peach clouds, low offwhite head. Tart perfumed apricot skin, peach nose. Medium light body, sour base, apricot, lemon, raspberry flavor. Acidity and flavor don’t interact much, little bit barrel/wooden notes, quick intense acidic finish.

Foam draught, 8/13/22. Mostly clear, pale-straw golden with a small, white head. Well-attenuated grapes at this point with strong mineral, light tropical fruit and light brett. There's lots of malt and barrel character and both the grape, alcohol and souring bacteria are all in the background. Almost champagne-like, with dry, earthy, mineral-rich yeast. Soft and malty, well-attenuated with a huge texture and rich, attenuated grape character adding mineral, must, cellar and pepper. Juicy tropical fruits linger with mild brett and light lactic acidity. Surprisingly mild/even without any alcohol which is shocking. Weird, but impressive attenuation and balance.

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Lightly/minimally hazy, brass-golden. Small, white head, low retention. Big, fruity, massive Brett is juicy and aromatic with the Strata seeming to heavily augment it, or maybe it's vice versa. Just a study in intense pineapple/lime/hickory nut skin. Beautifully expressive. Soft, juicy, lively and with balanced tartness in the mouth. Good oak tannin with big Brett and Strata character hand-in-,hand.

750ml bottle pours a clear purple, no head. Plastic nose, red grapes, a little candy, some melted popsicle. Flavors follow. Off dry finish. This was one of the more unsuccessful versions I'd had. 6 2 6 3 11

Poured from a undated 16 oz can. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of tangerine, tropical citrus, passion fruit and lighter notes of gooseberry and dank, oily resin. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden straw color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of passion fruit, gooseberry and tropical citrus with lighter notes of tangerine, grapefruit and dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid hazy IPA. Good hop notes and fruity yeast driven character. Balanced bitterness and alcohol notes, but perhaps a touch too sweet.
