Keg at London Beer House. It pours darkest reddish - brown with a beige head. The aroma is toasty, plenty of coffee, chocolate, creaminess, milk chocolate, fruit cake and toasted oats. The taste is bitter - sweet, chocolate, some creaminess, earthy roast, plenty of coffee, cake, fudge and a touch of alcohol with a toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery, courtesy of The Garden’s head brewer Nick - who this time apparently wasn’t there - this was fully pulled off by the assistant brewers, good job! Somewhat misty dark amber body. Complex perfumey aroma, soft, with ginger breaking through some subdued funk. Nice! Lean but quite soft body (they used oats to balance things out apparently), perfumey funkiness if that makes sense backed with ginger, a citric touch here end there and some spicy bitterness. Quite clean for the style yet complex enough, sweetish, not a world beater, but quite drinkable. Well done.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Clear pale golden coloured, small white head, grapefruit in the nose. Light malty, heavy grapefruity, weak hoppy and really nice and fresh grapefruity bitterness in the finish. Quite nice summer brew.
