Bottle at Haslemere tasting from Wingman. Aroma is malty with hints of coffee, liquorice and a metallic edge. Dark opaque brown. Foamy beige head is blotchy. Initial sour citrus and berries. Underlying malts add dull chocolate. Light bodied. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. It's OK but what is it really?
