Bottle at Athens apartment. Slight hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, starfruit, green weedy hops and malt behind. Flavour is above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A nice sipping big stout. A rare quite dry version. Rich, but on the low end for the abv. The barrel aging is very mild. Athens Beer shop!

Bottle picked up from Ponte Café Bistro, Parga, Greece and consumed at home Wednesday 21st October 2020 listening to Gold Panda and cooking a Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours pitch black with a small rapidly departing tan head. Rich nose, comprises of sticky dark fruits and a little tobacco. Sweet with chocolate, a little bit of coffee,, sweet liquorice, a hint of black pepper, dark rich cocoa powder, smooth easy drinking, really good Impy Stout.

Bottle picked up from Oinomathia Cellar, Volos. Had this Sunday 13th September 2020 in company of Xenofon, Anastasia, Andy at meal provided by Xenofons parents. Pours black with a light cappuccino coloured head. Rich chocolate on the nose with a little bourbon, super smooth in the mouth, really indulgent. Loads of smooth creamy chocolate, vanilla and creaminess. This goes super well with the chocolate pudding and ice cream. Excellent Impy'.
