At the source: pours gooden with a white head. Aroma is bread, grain, sugar, light hops. Taste is sweet and pretty mellow. Proper czech stylings with American modifications. Nice grassy hops aftertaste.

At the brewery: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is light apple, bread, and hops. Taste is bready with low hoppiness. Very light.

Draught. Hazy bright yellow with creamy white head, citrus aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Nice mellow session IPA.

Light saaz and some decent dusty malt aroma. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Crisp finish with a little nice bitter aftermath. Tap at Gingerman.

Tap at Jeffrey smooth creamy beer yellow orange pour white foamy head. Nose is light fruit. Tastes of fruit stripes gum, lemongrass, hint of vanilla, and light banana. Odd but refreshing.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Cloudy pale yellow with foamy off-white head, faint vanilla aroma, medium carbonation, lightly salty malt taste with Belgian yeast flavor, medium finish. Nicely refreshing.

Crowler from the source: pours golden with a white head. Hard to say if this is really an EPA but some other site stated it was that so I will go along with it. In any case it is a bready and lightly citrusy ale with nice little sweetness. Pretty refreshing and nice.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours slightly hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is super juicy citrus fruit. Taste is really juicy. A bit sweet. Not really at all bitter. Pretty nice.
