Draught @ the brewery. Extremely hazy bright yellow with a large creamy off-white head, unripe mango-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter unripe mango-citrus taste, faint grape-like flavor, smooth, somewhat thick body, long smooth finish. Silky smooth and flavorful.

Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow with a large spongy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel taste, thin body, long mango-citrus finish. Smooth and flavorful.

Draught @ Blind Tiger, Manhattan (Mar 2024). Extremely hazy dark yellow-ochre with a large spongy off-white head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, initially sweet medium bitter apricot-citrus taste, somewhat thick body, log apricot-citrus finish. Delicious!

Laces the glass, tropical, fruity, unfortunately, the Willow Park has smoked my palate pallet palette, so a bit malty. Good though.

Wonka bar, some telly. Exhausted. Long night, followed by a long day.

Very dark brown with thin head. Fine carbonation. Elements of roasted malt, milk chocolate and mild coffee. Nicely bitter in the finish. Silky, oily mouthfeel.

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (Dec 2023). Inky black with a large spongy tan head, rich dark chocolate-rum aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter rich dark chocolate taste with faint woodsy flavor, alcohol undertones, dark roasted malt, full body, long sweet dark chocolate finish with a bit of alcohol aftertaste. Strong and tasty.

Draught @ Pinebox Rock Shop, Brooklyn (Mar 2024). Clear golden with a small foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter citrus zest-piney taste, thin body, long bitter piney finish. Interesting flavors, more like juniper than pine.
