Like Edinburgh we’re creative, inventive and outward-looking. We combine old and new ideas and techniques to create beers of beauty.
Inspired by the Edinburgh-born ‘Father of Pop Art’ Eduardo Paolozzi, we showcase the art of brewing. Paolozzi took everyday objects and transformed them into works of art; we take overlooked and underestimated beer styles and present them at their beautiful best.

Bottle. Hazy amber body with a thin head that quickly fades. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of chalky wheat, salted apricot and an unexpected botanical edge. Flavour of peach, yeast and minerals. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Subtle and easy drinking but ultimately forgettable.

Can from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a light haze. Nose - sweetcorn and cooked greens. Light citrus. Taste - light spice, lemon and pale malt. Palate - creamy texture, dry finish. Light bodied. Overall - while this is unfiltered, there isn't an awful lot of cloudiness, so it comes through similar to the original, with possibly a touch more texture.
