Can to tulip.
Appearance: transparent bronzed color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which died off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pine to floral hops with a soft clean caramel/toffee malt backbone
Flavor: bittersweet with the pine more up front than the floral hops; clean aftertaste of the pine
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; some piney hop astringency but I expected it and don't mind how this comes across; finishes clean with the piney and floral hops
Overall: very nicely done WC styled DIPA I would love to have again.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Unfiltered, light amber. Little/no head. Heavy yeast. Heavy, heavy, particulate, weird. Just not finished. Unfinished, yeasty. Malt is decent but this just needs so much more lagering.

Can pour from the brewery. Cloudy yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong candied lemon and tangerine. Taste follows aroma with slight herb and biscuit. Smooth texture, average carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste with light bitterness. Fairly classic Hazy. Decent strength for ABV.

Can pour from the brewery. Hazy pale yellow with fine mist of particulates with no sparkle (urine-like), thin head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is lightly tart, yeasty citrus. Taste follows aroma with a white/sparkling wine quality. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste with light lingering bitterness. Smells like a Kolsch, drinks like a (cheap) white wine. Really smooth. Different.

8 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy dark brown, ring of head. Aroma is bread and mild spices. Taste is vanilla, cinnamon and lesser ginger and molasses. Smooth, thick, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish. Described as a mild stout so true to itself but I wish it were stronger.
