GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a very good fine carbonation. Great condition. Light malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Tart green apple and lemon sherbet. Subtle Matcha before the light crispy finish. Good stuff. Tart and tasty, never fucken acid.

4 oz. draft, very mild blackberry. Again high salinity. Very mild blackberry, almost an afterthought. You have to search for the berry. Really, really search for it. More like a Gose with all the salinity.

Bottle from the brewery. Inky black color with a decent but short lived tightly bubbled tan head. Rich chocolate and roast with bits of caramel and dark dried fruits on the nose. Vinous with a bit of grape and alcohol come into the flavor mix. Creamy smooth rich thick in the mouth with a touch of alcohol warming especially as she warms. Pretty tasty sipper!
